1.Designed, developed and taught a  component Media in English Language Teaching  for   teacher training programmes offered by the Regional  Institute of English  South India, Bangalore during 1999-2001.

2.Designed, developed and taught  components for developing Proficiency in English for  students of the Nursing School, Nursing College and Engineering College- institutions  managed by  the KVM Trust, Cherthala, Alappuzha  during  June –December 2004. 

3.Attended Creative Workshop  for developing  Source Book  at Higher Secondary Level in Communicative English  organized by SCERT, Kerala in May-June 2005

4.Attended Creative Workshop  for developing  Source Book  at Higher Secondary Level in English Literature  organized by SCERT, Kerala in May-June 2005

5.Attended  workshop  for preparation of  materials in Models of Teaching, organized by  the Calicut University Teacher Education Centre in September  2005

6.Attended workshops organized by SCERT, Kerala for developing Video Scripts based on various subjects in  Std XI in  August  & November 2005

7.Attended workshop for development of modules for  difficult areas in English organized by  Regional Institute of Education, Mysore (NCERT) in February 2007

8.Attended workshop for development of materials for use of technology including  Language Laboratory  for language classrooms organized by  Regional Institute of Education, Mysore (NCERT) in Nov and Dec  2008. 

9.Designed  and developed   the syllabus for the Arts Component of the BA.LLB(Hons.) 5 year course offered by  Kannur University in 2009

10.Attended workshop for development of materials for  content enrichment  for  training   teachers in Primary Tribal Schools of Kerala State  organized by  Regional Institute of Education, Mysore (NCERT) in Nov  2010. 

11.Attended workshop for development of  training package  on Communication Skills in English  for High School Teachers in Andhra Pradesh   organized by  Regional Institute of Education, Mysore (NCERT) in Dec  2010 &  January 2011

12.Attended a workshop   for production of materials  in the National Workshop  on English for Academic Purposes : An Integrated ELT Curriculum  organized by the  University of Kerala  in June  2011.

 13.Attended workshop for developing materials  on Task-based  teaching   for Language learning in Primary Schools    organized by  Regional Institute of Education, Mysore (NCERT) in  March 2011

14.Attended a  three-day  National Workshop  organized by  the Centre for Adult Continuing Education and Extension of the University of Kerala  and developed a Course Plan for Certificate Course in Film Appreciation in April 2012. 

15.Attended  a three-day Workshop for refining the curricula for the Certificate Course in Media and Culture Studies ; Certificate Course in Digital Editing  and PG Diploma in Business Communication organized  at  Centre for English Language Teaching, by CACEE, University of Kerala in June 2012.

16.Attended  Creative Workshop for  preparation of syllabus and sample questions for  the Teacher Eligibility Test  organized by  the SCERT, Kerala in July 2012

17.Attended  an UGC sponsored workshop for developing multimedia package  for General English Courses   and developed  a material on Non-verbal communication in July 2012

18.As member of the Curriculum Committee of the Additional Skill Acquisition Programme of the Government of Kerala , developed multimedia  materials  for curriculum transaction in Communicative English in November 2012

19.Served as Curriculum Core Committee Member-English for  re-designing the BEd Curriculum of the University of Kerala from February to May 2013.

20.Attended a workshop for the Government of Kerala appointed committee for Secondary School curriculum revision   organized by SCERT, Kerala in April 2013.

21.Prepared  a multimedia package as  teaching/learning  resource for the Communicative English Courses offered by the Centre for English, University of Kerala in April 2013

22.Attended an UGC sponsored  workshop for development of materials  in ELT, organized by the University of Kerala in May 2013.

23. As RP for the Workshop on Effective Implementation of Revised BEd. Curriculum (English Optional) organized by Karmela Rani Training College, Kollam on 26 October 2013.

24. As RP for the  materials production  National Workshop  on  EAP: ELT Curriculum for Science organized by UGC-SAP, and Centre for English Language Teaching, University of Kerala  on  28 and 29 October 2013.

25. As RP for the Workshop for preparation of syllabus for HSA-English of the Kerala Public Service Commission on 11 March 2014

26.Served as Convenor–English for the Two-year BEd. Curriculum Revision of the University of Kerala during February-May 2015.
